Creative problem solving
We look for the better material, the better process, the better way to reach the same outcome — including when the better answer reduces our own invoice.
COLORUM is a branding and visual communication company driven by one purpose: adding value to every project entrusted to us. Creative, print, signage, fabrication and multi-location execution — delivered so completely that you stop worrying about it.
At the surface we sell printed and fabricated products. In practice we sell value addition — turning a requirement into a tangible, high-quality, on-time outcome.
Anyone can quote a rate. The difference shows up in what happens after the order: whether the specification is honoured, whether the quantity is complete, whether every location is actually finished, and whether you had to chase anyone to find out.
That is the part we take responsibility for. Our clients most often describe the value not as printing, but as the confidence that a deadline will actually be met.
Why COLORUM exists →The name says it: colourful, varied requirements brought together under a single umbrella — so one team owns the concept, the production and the site.
Flex, flex on frame, vinyl, sunboard, one-way vision, frosted, translite, wallpaper, backlit and fabric applications.
Acrylic, ACP, LED and outdoor signage, snap-on frames, totem and pylon-style systems, reception and identity signage.
Totem, easel, wall-mounted and look-walker formats, roll-up standees and in-store display systems.
Frames, promotional tables, canopies, gazebos, structures and the installation work that makes a design a physical asset.
Digital printing, brochures, leaflets, danglers, tags, business cards, identity cards, envelopes, paper bags, stickers and tent cards.
Non-woven and jute bags, campaign and activation material, event and display items for launches and roadshows.
Corporate gifting, special-day gifting, custom mementos and awards produced across a wide range of materials.
Mine safety signage, safety communication, traffic signage and institutional branding built to survive the environment it sits in.
Our strongest differentiator is not the equipment list. It is the combination of four things that decide whether your project lands.
We look for the better material, the better process, the better way to reach the same outcome — including when the better answer reduces our own invoice.
A committed deadline is treated as fixed. The internal question is never whether it can be met, but how.
You should never have to chase us for status. Progress comes to you, location by location, before you have to ask.
If we cause a production error, we would rather absorb the cost than let a client suffer for our mistake. That is the whole point of entrusting a project.
Every project moves through the same lifecycle under a single project identity, so nothing is re-entered, re-explained or lost between stages.
We capture specification, locations, quantities and the deadline in structured form — not as a loose conversation.
Material, print, fabrication, logistics and installation costed transparently, with the commercial terms stated.
Concept, artwork and specification agreed and version-locked before anything reaches a machine.
A single project identity links artwork, production, dispatch, installation and billing for the whole job.
Media, substrate and hardware planned against the approved job; printing, finishing and fabrication executed in-house.
Quantity, size, colour, finishing and packaging verified against the job sheet before anything leaves.
Location-wise packing and logistics, site execution and fixing, with proof captured at completion.
Progress and completion updates through the project, then documentation, acknowledgement and archival at the end.
Most of our work is not a single site. It is a brand rolling out across a region, where the real risk is not printing — it is coordination.
So we track a rollout the way a marketing head needs to see it: location by location, with the completed sites visibly closed out and the exceptions raised early instead of discovered late.
Location-wise status so you always know what is done, what is in transit and what needs a decision.
A site that misses a milestone gets flagged while it can still be recovered.
The same specification, colour and finish reproduced identically at every location.
Installation proof and documentation collected per location, not reconstructed afterwards.
Six segments, each at sixty degrees. Every one carries equal weight — if one breaks, the circle breaks. Trust sits at the centre.
Imagination without unnecessary limitation.
Curiosity and experimentation, continuously.
Energy, availability and dependability.
Discipline and repeatable excellence.
Maturity about what a relationship is worth.
Experience, judgement and precision.
Learn. Improve. Find a Better Way. Every Day.
The COLORUM LIFE™ — the working habit behind the circle. If a task repeats, we automate it. If a process wastes material, we redesign it.
Read the philosophy →We began by serving corporate rollouts and then applied the same standards to retail customers. That is what allowed us to scale without lowering the bar.
Store rollouts, in-store branding, window and campaign changeovers across regions.
Explore →Premium finishes, colour discipline and display work where the brand is the product.
Explore →Identity signage, wayfinding, workplace graphics, collateral and corporate gifting.
Explore →Safety signage and site communication that has to hold up in hard environments.
Explore →Wayfinding, compliance signage, environmental graphics and guest-facing material.
Explore →Traffic and public signage, institutional branding and tender-scale requirements.
Explore →During a store renovation, the straightforward route is to strip out the existing backlit signage and produce it again from scratch. On one such project we proposed the opposite: dismantle it, store it, resize it, reuse it — and change only what actually needed changing.
Material selection, reuse, resizing and lifecycle thinking are part of what we are for. Taking onus means solving the client’s problem even when the solution reduces today’s revenue.
Read the case studies →Quantity integrity is a trust issue, not a small operational variance.
If a quality level cannot be produced sustainably at a rate, we say so rather than quietly compromise the specification.
A small order and a large one are treated with the same seriousness.
Your project information is not turned into our public marketing.

COLORUM designs, prints, fabricates and installs visual communication — signage, large-format flex and vinyl print, standees and displays, paper print, promotional material, corporate gifting and safety signage. The company has run from Dhanbad since 2010, out of a second-generation printing family, and also works from Kolkata.
All of Eastern India and the North-East: Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Assam and the NE states. Production is centralised at the Dhanbad facility and crews travel to install, which is what keeps quality consistent across sites instead of varying by whoever was available locally.
Yes — it is the core of the work rather than a side capability. Sites are surveyed before specification, artwork is frozen after approval, material is packed by location rather than by product, and status is reported site by site. Completion means installed, photographed and acknowledged, not dispatched.
Design, print, fabrication and on-site installation all sit with the same project owner. That matters because a sign that arrives correct but is fixed badly fails just as completely as one made badly — the fixing method and substructure are specified before production, not improvised at the site.
Send the requirement, the number of locations and the deadline through the enquiry form or on WhatsApp to +91 88773 44444. Every enquiry gets a reference number. Quotations are specification-based, so sizes, materials, quantities and site details make the response faster and more accurate.
Yes, through the Shop. Standees, banners, business cards, ID cards, stickers, bags, name plates, mementos and canopies can be ordered directly over WhatsApp with design support included, without going through a project enquiry.
11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST at both the Dhanbad and Kolkata offices. WhatsApp messages sent outside those hours are picked up at the start of the next working day.
Send the requirement, the locations and the deadline. You will get a structured response, a clear scope, and one named owner accountable for delivery — not a chase.
